TJ has been in the mortgage industry since 1999, most recently as the Principal owner of Capital Funding Mortgage Company which he sold to Draper and Kramer in October 2009. CFMC is a well-known residential mortgage banker located in Chicago.  TJ grew the company to 85 professionals at time of acquisition. He remains at Draper and Kramer as the Branch/Sales Manager at the same location in Chicago.   With his years of management experience, coupled with consistently being a top producing Loan Officer, being a Branch/Sales Manager was a natural fit. During his tenure in the industry, TJ has mentored loan officers, created, implemented and managed sales programs as well as created efficiencies in sales process.Commitment to his customers to provide the best service and programs available has been TJ’s recipe for success.
