The Graduate Development Programme at 3M is designed to give you a head-start with training in professional skills as well as a personal development plan. To work at 3M, you need to be a free thinker and have plenty of drive and ambition plus you need to have the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU. You will need a minimum of three GCE or VCE A-level passes (or equivalent higher education qualifications such as Scottish Advanced Higher or BTEC National Diploma) with a UCAS tariff of at least 240 points. You will also need to have, or be on target to achieve a minimum 2:2 degree.
