Buyers Administration Assistants
Providing crucial administrative support to the Buying team and taking an active role in the buying process by placing product orders and monitoring deliveries. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a sample library, attending fit sessions and monitoring the critical path.
Merchandising Administration Assistants
Predicting the sizes, quantities and colours by analysing sales. You’ll monitor stock figures, keeping one step ahead of trends and maximise sales. Merchandise Admin Assistants work closely with Buying and Distribution teams to provide this season’s collections to the customer.
The Distribution function provides a crucial link between head office and our stores. Distribution Analysts work very closely with the Merchandising teams and focus on getting the right product to the right place at the right time. They do this by analysing trends and stock performance for branches to maximise sales. We recruit all year round for the above roles.
Retail Management Programme
This is a structured twelve month programme that fast tracks you to store management. We look for future managers who have a direct and immediate impact on our business success. You’ll manage everything from profit and loss to store and staff, as well as being responsible for inspiring and coaching your team.
Finance Graduate Programme
Based in London, our Finance Graduate Programme called ‘Exceed’ is designed to provide you with exposure across the key areas of our business. You’ll have three placements, focusing on Buying and Merchandising, Retail and Group Finance, working towards a Finance Manager position by the end of the 3 year programme. We’ll also sponsor a CIMA qualification.
HR Graduate Programme
Based in London, the HR programme is designed to provide you with exposure across the key areas of our business. You’ll have three placements, each lasting six months, focusing on retail, head office and group HR. These will allow you to get experience across the key facets of HR, for example resourcing, employee relations and learning and development. We’ll also sponsor a CIPD qualification.
