With a view to our launch, we are currently in our “pre-registration” phase, meaning that we are accepting preliminary registrations from proactive talent who are interested in staying in the loop regarding our launch and who would like to create a talent profile with us as quickly and easily as possible.
If you fill in a pre-registration form, you will be taken to have agreed to our Privacy Policy (see below). We will protect, and limit our use of, the personal information that you provide to us in your pre-registration from in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
PRIVACY POLICYBraveNewTalent.com (“our site”) is a website operated by Brave New Talent Limited ("we” or “us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 6623962 and have our registered office at The Hub, 5 Torrens Street, London, EC1V 1NQ.
This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions (see above), sets out the basis on which any personal data that we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. We are the data controller for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the “Act”). Our nominated representative for the purpose of the Act is Lucian Tarnowski.
1 What we collect
1.1 We will collect information that you provide by filling in forms on our site. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site (including, without limitation, by filling in a pre-registration form), subscribing to our services, posting material to our site or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us or if you report a problem with our site.
1.2 In our pre-registration form, we will collect your full name, email address and information about your education and qualifications. In the future, we may also ask you to provide additional personal information such as: residential address; telephone numbers; facsimile number; education history; employment history; personal preferences and interests, and other informaiton relevant to the services that we offer, or propose to offer, through our site.
1.3 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
1.4 We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
1.5 We may collect details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of any orders that you place through our site.
1.6 We may collect details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise, and the resources that you access.
2 What we do with the information we gather

(ii) enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions (see above); or

3.3 We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users in general terms. We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to a target audience with a particular demographic.

5 How we use cookies and IP addresses

7 Controlling your personal information
7.1 We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. 7.3 If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
