Alon has joined the BraveNewTalent.com team as a full time Lead Developer. Alon has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, and has been there since the emergence of the PC revolution. Alon's broad experience includes Hardware, Security and a vast array of Civil Engineering, Accounting and long-term Financial planning solutions. Alon has held positions in both the private and public sector of UK, Australian and United States organizations, delivering cutting edge solutions as team leader, developer and software architect. His teams have always delivered state of the art solutions in a wide range of industries. His more recent work has contributed to the success of QuickPrint 5, a popular tool for the Graphic Arts industry.

In his career Alon has managed to stay on top of emerging technologies and is considered to be a leading authority in many of these, including Behavior analysis, Virtual Machines, Database design and Object Oriented Methodology. His skills include Standard C++, Assembly language, VB (3 to 6) and COM. More recent skills include C#, C++.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET and the general .NET CLR technology. Throughout his career, Alon has done extensive work using T-SQL, PL-SQL, MS-Jet, Crystal Reports, VBA, and much more.
