AmeriSpec is a home inspection service company that was incorporated in 1987 in Orange County, CA and began offering home inspection franchises in 1988. Since its inception, AmeriSpec has conducted in excess of 1.5 million quality home inspections.As of January 1, 2007 AmeriSpec integrated fully into the ServiceMaster Clean® Family of Brands. AmeriSpec was formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Home Shield®, another ServiceMaster® company. Today, over 200 independently owned and operated franchise territories conduct an average of over 110,000 AmeriSpec professional inspections annually in the U.S. and Canada.
