Amey is a diverse company, with many interlinking facets. Primarily we are an engineering company and are instrumental in designing and maintaining roads and railways and their associated structures. We also work in many other areas. We maintain road systems – from streetlights to winter maintenance services. We develop, design, maintain, repair, renew and enhance rail infrastructure. We also provide facilities management for a diverse range of organisations, from Heathrow Terminal 5 to schools. Recently, we have also moved into the prisoner transport market. And that’s just the start – we are continually evolving as our contracts change and as we seek to enter new markets.
