Within an asset team based in Madrid and reporting to a geosciences team leader, yourmain responsibilities will be to:Provide technical expertise in evaluating new exploration and productionopportunities particularly in geological interpretation, well data analysis, well-to-wellcorrelations, construction of subsurface maps and petroleum system analysis.Participate in prospect and field evaluation process, with volumetric estimates andtechnical risks assessment.Integrate all geological data available to arrive at a good understanding of thepetroleum system of a sedimentary basin.Effectively communicate technical results of technical evaluations and studies tofunctional management, both written and verbally.Mentor, coach and train junior colleagues in geological techniques, work flows andbest practices.RequirementsMaster science or equivalent degree in Geoscience from an internationalrecognized institute or university.At least 15 years relevant experience with an international operator.Experience in generating new exploration and production opportunities andskills to evaluate new projects.Software skills in an integrated workstation environment is essential.Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
