• During the Programme, all graduates have a Personal Development Manager. ‘ be your guide, mentor and staff manager throughout your training – helping you to grow your skills and ensuring that your training is always on course. You’ll complete a number of development assignments, each designed to build experience and knowledge.’
• There is a large degree of flexibility built into your programme. Ultimately, as you move towards your final placement, your career path will become increasingly defined.
