Dheeraj Prasad is Director, Developer Support at the Microsoft Global Technical Support Centre, India. He has held leadership roles in companies such as Symantec/VERITAS Software and Andale Inc. Dheeraj has been a pioneer in the Global Supply Chain in the enterprise technical support space. He is a Founder Member of GEPS Forum (Global Enterprise Product Support), an initiative to build India’s potential as a leader in complex technology support and services. He also chaired a Global landmark Study on Talent in India conducted by SSPA (Services & Support Professionals Association). Dheeraj will be advising Brave New Talent on Talent Employability in India in the area of Technology Services & Support.
