Elemec Electrical Contracting LLC's contract works involve electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, car park ventilation system with CD monitoring, security, fire alarm, fire fighting, sprinkler, MATV, CCTV, lighting control, PA/BGM, lighting protection, telephone, structured cabling and building management systems sectors.

With unique capabilities for execution of complete electromechanical solution, Elemec Electrical Contracting undertakes design, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of high rise commercial and residential buildings, hotels, shopping and sports complexes, factories, workshops and showrooms.

The company, under its subsidiary, Elemec A/C Systems Industry, has its own ducting fabrication factory at Al Goze, which incorporates a vast range of modern machinery and equipment, including a computerised plasma cutting machine. The factory undertakes fabrication of air conditioning and ventilation ducts from GI sheets as per DW142 / SMACNA standards depending upon the specifications of the consultants. Other accessories, such as volume control dampers, air fillers for air conditioning units and sound attenuators, are also manufactured at the workshop.
