Every year Fluor employs Graduates in a range of disciplines. Fluor offers a dedicated Graduate Training Scheme where you will gain experience in a wide variety of projects. This two year monitored professional training programme (three for Civil/Structural Engineers) under the direction of a qualified technical mentor provides the necessary foundation for attaining chartered status through the appropriate engineering institution. With full technical training completed there are opportunities for progression into project, technical or commercial management both at home and overseas. Fluor has also created a program known as ‘Graduates Advancing to Professionalism' which aims to help recent graduates make the transition between the educational and corporate environments by familiarising them with Fluor culture, goals, and procedures, as well as scheduling social and networking events and providing professional training opportunities.
