FSA has six graduate programmes all offering well-rounded graduates a promising start to a career in financial services: • The Graduate Development Programme • The Legal Development Programme • The Management Accountancy Programme • The Actuarial Development Programme • The Economics Development Programme • The Human Resources Development Programme The main Graduate Development Programme involves rotations across the whole organisation giving an insight in to the FSA's work and the financial services industry. It is a great starting point for those wanting to experience the full spectrum of finance. It is the largest programme, with an intake of 40-50 graduates per year.
