Heather leads on Brave New Talents back end financials and the day to day finance of the business. She has a corporate background with the world's largest affinity marketing business in their Finance, IT and Operations departments in the US and the UK. She left the UK arm of TNGS when they were bought by the Halifax Bank of Scotland Group in 2003 and started Back Office Support Solutions Limited (BOSS) to bring the best practices in those arenas to small businesses. She has helped over one hundred start ups and growing businesses with financial, operational and commercial consulting. She recently co-authored a book for start up business called "A Zest for Business".
