Develop (i.e. design and plan) the supersite service, using project based plans, in line with current and future requirements of UK Business Link content simplification, Point of Contact, Welsh Government business information / support strategic policy and operational requirements.
Manage the Welsh Government provision of online business support, advice and information, including on-line information guides (circa 1,200 guides in total amounting to 50,000 pages of content); and online business support tools (circa 120)
Lead negotiation with HMRC/Serco in relation to the Buisness Link service agreement, and oversee agreement implementation.
Represent Welsh Government interests on strategic UK Business Link governance and stakeholder groups.
Lead the supersite team (circa 12 staff) through management of: recruitment and selection, staff performance planning and training & development.
