The Honourable Diane Ablonczy, Minister of State of Foreign Affairs (Americas and Consular Affairs), is undertaking an outreach tour to Montreal, Fredericton and Halifax from October 11 to 14, 2011, to exchange views on issues pertaining to consular affairs and to advance Canada’s priorities in the Americas.
