The Contractor will :
1. Identify,recruit,screen and interview Candidates by phone or personally for job openings and make the hiring decision.
2. Run background check on the Candidate and verify references.
3. Submit Candidates to Pre-employment assessments and training(if applies for the requested position).
4.Advertise(out-of Independent contractors-pocket) through the sources chosen by Independent Contractor.5. Keep in touch with Candidates and inform them about new job openings and opportunities.
6. Source candidates through job postings,networking,etc.and other sources chosen by Independent Contractor;
7. Search for Prospective Clients through Independent Contractor chosen sources.
8. Interview Prospective Client by phone or in person.
9. Send applicant resumes to Prospective Clients.
10. Schedule candidates for interviews with Prospective Clients.
11. Follow up with the Candidate and the Client after the interview and in the event the Client hires our referred applicant.
12. Maintain,process and update records,files of the Candidates and Clients.
13. Keep track of each Client,Candidate info and Agreement signed in order to be paid the commissions.
14.Send Customer satisfaction surveys(template is available)to Clients and Candidates after the placement and make sure follow up with them about the comments received.
High commissions.
