But 'being interesting' is easier said than done! Any tips on that Nishe?

Hi Charlie, from my perspective this should be fairly easy, it just needs some thought before the event. My suggestion would be to not always ask the obvious questions like "why should I work for you?" or "what makes you different?", instead, I'm always interested to hear about a person's background, what they did over the summer or even what first led them to consider the roles we are offering. This makes the conversation about you, it’s unique and often memorable. Ultimately, isn't that part of the aim for students? To have employers remember them when they are reviewing applications so they are not just seeing a piece of paper (or more likely an application page on their screen). Make yourself memorable, for the right reasons!
