• Basic Function/ Purpose This position is responsible for customer service inquiries from agents and insureds, along with maintaining and growing a relationship between GMAC Insurance and current policyholders.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFor all duties and responsibilities, incumbent will take ownership of any issue, problem, or error that could potentially impact the policyholder.70%      Answers phone calls regarding underwriting, marketing, billing, and endorsement inquiries from insured’s.
