Travel: 70% Domestic Travel and 5% International Travel
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Maximizes revenue through the direction and coaching of Sales Executives on Strategic Named Accounts, 'key' Vertical Markets and Mid-Market Sales Representatives through the creation and management of a team strategy.
- Ability to understand/articulate and align customer strategy with COMOS solutions independently and ability for C-Level Sales
- Ensures sales goals are met within organization strategies
- Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts to a specific region or account
- Team player who is able to maintain coordination with integral organization functions
- Increase renewal sales for assigned region or account(s)
- Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and maintenance contracts
- Educate customers on business practices and associated contractual implications
- Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements
- Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements
- Maintain account team relationships and transfer leads as appropriate
- Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
- Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of Enterprise Software Solution Sales related experience
- Good English in both written and spoken with a minimum of level 6
- Strong IT solution ability
- Experience with engineering
- Master or Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent
