Since the release of the new site 2 weeks ago the development team has been working hard roll out all the user experience improvements we have planned.
One of the things we are working on is an upgrade to the site search. The search bar at the top of the page will soon work for skill communities too.
The other cool feature we are working on is tagging in comments, the software will be smart enough to scan your posts & comments and add links for you, similar to what you see on sites like facebook & twitter.
