  How about, "Love Leadership" by John Hope Bryant, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Operation HOPE. Or "Intelligent Leadership" by Finnish entrepreneur Pentti Sydanmaanlakka.

  I'd suggest "Execution" by Ram Charan and Larry Bossidy. Brilliant book on a often neglected aspect in business leadership.

  Look into: "The Five Temptations of a CEO" by Patrick Lencioni
  He writes very well and the lessons are told in a story format rather than traditional dry business / leadership books.

  I'd also suggest "Tribes" by Seth Godin. Whilst perhaps not directly focused on business leadership, I think the concepts contained within are excellent and easily applied to all forms of leadership.
