Gautam GhoshI'd suggest "Execution" by Ram Charan and Larry Bossidy. Brilliant book on a often neglected aspect in business leadership.

Julian EricksonLook into: "The Five Temptations of a CEO" by Patrick Lencioni
He writes very well and the lessons are told in a story format rather than traditional dry business / leadership books.
