Chaplin looks like a really interesting framework for single-page pub-sub / mediator-observer web applications, based on backbone.js. The documentation is good and, while I haven't had a chance to play with the code yet, I think the conventions that they've settled on are mostly excellent ones. Next time I need to quickly spin up a javascript-heavy project in double quick time, I shall give this a go:
