• This Wall Street Journal article displays some of the concerns we want to address: the automated rejection of candidates from the 'wrong' university, with the 'wrong' degree (sometimes in the title, despite being the desired subject). It's not good for candidates or business. Having a connection can help - and the talent community concept is about breaking out of these 'one size fits all' application process. Sure, the technology could be improved, but they has to be a better way!
