NEW YORK, June 27, 2012 - Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a global leader in business process and technology management, today announced that it has been awarded a five-year contract extension with Momentive Performance Materials for order-to-cash (OTC) and collections services. In addition, Momentive Speciality Chemicals has engaged Genpact in a new five-year deal to manage its order management services.
