spot on indeed. I once had a terrible accident with my i-phone. I unplugged it from my computer while it was downloading an update because I needed to head out. It suddenly started to vibrate and wouldn't stop even if switched off. I went to the apple store I got offered great customer service and a brand new i-phone. I went home with a smile on my face, happy I couldn't use my iPhone only for a couple of hours. That's some great customer service: I went home happy and pleased to have spend my money not only for the product, but for the service you receive after you buy it.

      Fantastic!
This is a great philosophy to be applied not only in Business, but in personal life as well. Imagine how wonderful life would be if people would understand that solitude is a very over appreciated state, and that we are not alone, and that we can be extremely happy only if we truly want it.
In Business, understanding that we do work with people all the time is the logic that makes the differences and allows you to say afterwards that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication as Leonardo da Vinci said.
