Job Description
You’ll be working with bright, driven people on exciting projects across multiple sectors. We’re growing fast and are looking for people that can quickly take responsibility, and have the entrepreneurial skills and personality to progress with us. Depending on prior experience the role will range from a consultant who is a key part of a team delivering procurement cost reduction projects through to a lead consultant responsible for all aspects of a client engagement and a number of consultants.
The successful candidates will be bright and driven with an analytical mindset. They would have a good degree in a discipline that would demonstrate their analytical abilities. Experience in a procurement function would be beneficial but not essential at the graduate entry level, through to 5 years of experience including leading category projects. The candidate needs the aptitude to work at an advanced level in Excel, and must be able to demonstrate some ability and experience, although Newton will provide full training. It is important that the candidate has a positive attitude, tenacity and strong interpersonal skills. They will need to be geographically mobile and willing to be away from home during the week to meet the needs of our clients who may be based anywhere in the country.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Newton’s Procurement Consultancy Team. The successful candidate will join a rapidly growing consulting business with plenty of opportunity for career progression. Newton are currently recruiting at a range of levels, from graduate through to 5 years of Procurement Consultancy experience.
