Jonathan has over 12 years experience in the international recruitment marketplace. He has specialized in e-recruitment systems and other recruitment related technologies. Jonathan joined Korn/Ferry International's London office in January 2007 to take up the role of Managing Consultant - Professional Services. He has over 11 years experience as a recruitment specialist. In the first 6 years of this experience he worked as a recruitment consultant / recruitment manager for three agencies (Australia, UK & Europe). In the years prior to joining to the firm, he has been working as an internal Resourcing specialist (in both: strategic, process improvement consulting and operational resourcing management capacities).

His specific 'executive search' experience has been as: the supplier (i.e. agency), as the internal provider (i.e. in-house search) and as the client (i.e. management of search suppliers). He also has experience of a broad range of industries, of which a number of years has been in both management and industrial consulting environments.
