Commercial Property PracticeThis scheme will enable you to become a chartered surveyor and work in most areas of our business. It usually takes between one year and two and a half years subject to your previous experience, you will have three placements during your training. Each placement will ensure you gain the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Final Assessment. Graduate positions are available in all locations.Building SurveyingOur 2010 scheme is currently under review and an announcement will be made in spring 2010 to confirm whether we will be recruiting for Trainee Building Surveyors.This scheme will enable you to qualify as a Chartered Building Surveyor. It usually takes between one year and two and a half years subject to your previous experience. You will undertake all your training with Project & Development services which will ensure you gain the appropriate breadth of experience to enable you to sit the APC Final Assessment.This scheme requires applicants to have a Building Surveying degree.
