Graduate Scheme with Knight Frank: We offer graduate schemes in either the commercial or residential divisions at offices across the UK. We also offer the opportunity to complete part of the experience in one of Knight Frank’s continental offices such as Paris, Madrid or Moscow. We provide an environment to complete APC training, providing invaluable opportunities and experience to deal directly with clients and build up industry knowledge and contact base. Our dedicated team of partners and HR professionals will support graduates through their APC preparation whilst a tailored training programme will help enhance their skills. The excellent APC pass rate at Knight Frank is testament to this support and assistance. Every interview is conducted face to face by a fee-earner at Knight Frank and seek individuals who will contribute to its corporate objectives. The APC is just the start of the career with Knight Frank. The primary objective of each interview is to search for people with the potential to become future proprietary partners to continue Knight Frank’s success. We place a great emphasis on graduates to learn about Knight Frank as Knight Frank learns about the graduate. Scheme Details for Commercial Property Practice:  Our London Commercial Property Practice Graduate scheme is open to Undergraduates who are undertaking a RICS accredited property degree, and post graduates who are taking a RICS accredited Conversion course/Masters. Based in Central London the scheme provides excellent training, culminating in our graduates becoming a Chartered Surveyor. Our APC scheme has an excellent pass rate of 97%. A number of Graduates will have the opportunity to take a six month rotation in one of our European offices, such as Paris, Moscow, Madrid, Prague etc. Scheme Details for Residential Property Practice:  Our London Residential Property Practice Graduate scheme is open to Undergraduates who are undertaking a RICS accredited property degree, and post graduates who are taking a RICS accredited Conversion course/Masters. Based in Central London the scheme provides excellent training, culminating in our graduates becoming a Chartered Surveyor. Our APC scheme has an excellent pass rate of 97%. On this pathway you will spend your two year training programme within the Residential Sales division, to gain experience primarily in estate agency.
