Koios is a small Management Consultancy, based in a rural setting near Andover, with a reputation for assisting clients in improving organisational, programme and individual performance. Our core business is the provision of consultancy services, which are often complemented with bespoke development of web-based and desktop applications, predominately based on Microsoft platforms and technologies. Our most recent projects have focussed on delivering web-based tools to allow collaborative working for public sector organisations, including UK MoD and NATO.

We are seeking to appoint a software developer (on a permanent, full-time basis) to join our small team, to assist with the implementation and support of software for a range of projects. Our small business environment offers the right candidate a range of opportunities to be involved with the full spectrum of development activities, from requirements specification to software maintenance and support. The successful candidate will have experience working within a range of formal development methodologies (Agile, DSDM, XP, etc) as well as having been involved in other aspects of the software engineering process. Self-motivation, the ability to take ownership of development tasks and to work independently are key characteristics for any candidate.
