Trainee program Our two year Trainee program in designed to develop young graduates professionally and personally in a global automotive company. Graduates will be offered a challenging job, cross functional training and a personal development plan. The Trainee program provides you with valuable contacts and experience that increase the development of your technical and professional skills, as well as business understanding. Participants are given a unique opportunity to build a career in Kongsberg Automotive. In our programs, the trainees will work in a global environment within an expanding business. If you are geographical mobile, we can offer an international career upon completion of the program. Program StructureParticipants in the program will gain in-depth expertise in one of the following areas: Sales/Marketing, Finance, R&D, Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance or After Market. As a trainee you will also get comprehensive business understanding and competence through cross-divisional projects and extensive training/meetings with managers from all business areas. SupportAll trainees have monthly meetings with a coach and a mentor. The coach help you utilize the possibilities that the KA traineeship offers. The mentor is a director or senior manager with long experience and a solid network within KA, who encourages your personal as well as professional development.Are you the next KA trainee? Do you have a Master in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering Cybernetics, Industrial Economics, or other relevant area, with a strong academic record? Are you an ambitious, targeted team player, with potential to become a leader? We will consider international experience as well as mastering at least one foreign language other than English an advantage.
