We’re just as interested in other aspects of your experience and other parts of your character. We won't make a decision on your application, based on any one factor, but will take a rounded view based on these four key areas: academic results, work experience, skills and abilities, and career motivation. Overall, we’re looking for people who combine good technical skills, problem-solving abilities and commercial focus. We're also interested in people with a lot of integrity – good team workers who can build effective relationships, learn from experience and bring out the best in others.
