For the first six months you’ll be placed in our Talent Pool, which is managed by Matthew Gissing who has been with the business for 4 years.
The Talent Pool is a fast paced, energetic, very hard-working environment which gives you the very best chance to be successful in the long term. You will spend 3 months in the talent pool working through a tailored induction programme which will give you exposure to all aspects of recruitment.
