Students normally enter Merrill Lynch either through penultimate year summer internships or a full-time graduate program. It is best to get in early since former summer interns account for the majority of full-time hires at the firm. The best time to submit your application is between September and December for programs commencing the following summer.

Upon joining as a graduate, you will be incorporated into their comprehensive global training program which commences in New York and takes you through the breadth and depth of the organization.
