Upon joining the firm as a graduate, you will attend an intensive training programme for the first four weeks. Here you will learn the culture and methodologies of the Group. You will start off as an Analyst but your specific responsibilities will differ depending on which business are you choose to focus on. However, in all areas you will work with major companies and senior managers, gain an in-depth understanding of all kinds of industries, work alongside bright and stimulating people. You will be expected to use your relationships and establish your own networks – this is a client-facing role. PA will provide you with ongoing training and development throughout your career. As a new graduate analyst, much of your learning will take place in the field, working with clients under the supervision of more experienced consultants.
