Paddy is Lucian's business mentor through the EPIS scheme. He is a senior manager with managing director and independent advisor/executive experience within the UK and abroad. Paddy specializes in business growth, particularly in the development and implementation of achievable strategies along with all matters concerned with marketing and general management. He has worked principally in the drink, textile, hospitality and quality goods and services sectors.

Paddy has an honours degree in Business Studies from Trinity College, Dublin and prior to creating Reach for Success was managing director of Dormeuil, the prestigious French textile company, and Pimm's Ltd, the producers and distributors of the famous drink.
