    These skills and behaviours are derived from our Trainee Capability Framework (which trainees are assessed against while on their training contract); so you can be confident that if you are successful in securing a training contract with us, you possess everything you will need to be a successful trainee at the firm.  Our selection process has been designed to ensure that you are given a fair opportunity to demonstrate to us that you have the required skills and behaviours.  This starts with our online application form and concludes with a variety of assessment tools including: an interview, written exercises and a group exercise.  If you are able to consistently demonstrate a high level of performance in all these areas then your application has every chance of success.
