All graduates who join, benefit from bespoke programmes that use Schroders’ in-house resources and external training experts. Whichever area of the business you join, you’ll first experience the nine-week induction course, which is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of investment management. Then, once you join your chosen department, you’ll benefit from ongoing technical training as well as the chance to study for a highly-regarded professional qualification. At every stage of your training, you’ll have access to a dedicated Graduate Programme Manager who will always be available to give any career advice or guidance you need. Schroders also offer a 10-week Summer Internship programme which is there in order to provide you with a fantastic introduction to Investment Management, regardless of the business area you eventually decide to join. It’s also a great way to secure a full-time job after you graduate. Of the 18 interns who joined Schroders in summer 2007, 11 now work for Schroders on a permanent basis.
