With one of the largest networks of offices of any dedicated asset management company and over 300 portfolio managers and analysts covering the world's investment markets, the company offers its clients a comprehensive range of products and services. All graduates who join, benefit from bespoke programmes that use Schroders’ in-house resources and external training experts. Whichever area of the business you join, you’ll first experience the nine-week induction course, which is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of investment management. Then, once you join your chosen department, you’ll benefit from ongoing technical training as well as the chance to study for a highly-regarded professional qualification. At every stage of your training, you’ll have access to a dedicated Graduate Programme Manager who will always be available to give any career advice or guidance you need. Schroders also offer a 10-week Summer Internship programme which is there in order to provide you with a fantastic introduction to Investment Management, regardless of the business area you eventually decide to join. It’s also a great way to secure a full-time job after you graduate. Of the 18 interns who joined Schroders in summer 2007, 11 now work for Schroders on a permanent basis.
