Community management is a job role becoming increasingly adopted and important to organisations of all kinds. As the internet matures into global disparate communities based on common interest, community managers are the ones on the front line with the users, customers or members. Often the voice of the user or member within an organisation, community management uses a mixture of people, technical and communication skills to achieve happy, thriving communities.
