Risk Management involves identifying what risks exist and determining what the best solutions are to handling those risks.
Risk Management is a process which involves breaking down and identifying what risks exist in investment and then determining what the best solutions are to handling those risks based on the respective investment objective. The idea is to limit a company’s losses for a stronger financial future. There can be a general method applied to the process of risk management: -to identify, characterize and assess threats; -assess the vulnerability of critical assets to specific threats; -determine the risk (ie: what specific consequences can be expected) -identify the ways to reduce those risks and; -prioritize risk reduction measures based on a strategy.
