Social Recruiting
While all recruiters are there to identify and place talent that best matches particular position, social recruiting skills involve heavy or exclusive use of social media and search skills to achieve this.
Social recruiting in its true sense is relatively new. Like recruitment itself social recruiters still need exemplary communication, people and persuasion skills - but they must also be able use advanced search skills to identify highly skilled 'passive candidates' as well as discover ideal job seeker applicants.
