Recruiters are there to identify and place talent that best matches particular position.

A lot of people see recruiting as a way to make tons of money...and you can of course, but in fact you have to love it and you should remember that this career is an up and down. Professional recruiters say about recruiting that it is hard, like really hard. Although ‘find a job you like and you add five days to every week (Jackson Brown), even more ‘choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life (Confucius).
