The Brief
McAfee first came to us with a specific request for a targeted Talent Community: build a community of candidates interested in sales and IT who also spoke various European languages.
The Challenge
Our challenge was to open up channels of communication with these very specific target markets, and use our platform to enable McAfee to figure out how to hire recruits quickly and efficiently while searching for specific skills and traits in their candidates.
The Solution
Using our social recruitment platform, we allowed them to search through graduates by their skills and abilities while communicating with potential applicants. The successfully launched a humanised approach to the Talent Words campaign, specifically targeting foreign speakers.
The Results
McAfee now has more than 450 multilingual members in their Talent Community, engaging with McAfee daily. With their advanced segmentation, down to the language level, McAfee is able to communicate with and hire from this pool of qualified candidates.
