Pinsent Masons was looking to target the best legal students at good universities throughout the UK, before they starting looking for jobs for after graduation.
The Challenge
It was important to Pinsent Masons that any solution wouldn't mean excessive increases in workload to get results. They aimed to find and target the best candidates without re-writing their physical copy or spending time and money developing their own website.
The Solution
They used BraveNewTalent as social recruitment platform to connect with students, answering questions, giving news and building an engaged community between graduates and Pinsent Masons. The Results
