I’ve recently graduated from Teesside University where I studied Interior Architecture and Design.

I have recently finished studying Interior Architecture and Design at Teesside University. While there I learnt how to digitally model in both 2D and 3D. I can use CAD, alongside other programs such as 3DS Max and photoshop, i am also competent in most Microsoft packages. Through my time at university I learnt how to manage my work load and time effectively, as well as prioritising projects to fit deadlines. As a whole I am very approachable and chatty, which allows me to put customers and clients at ease. I have previously worked in many different customer based environments, including running a team in a supervisory role. Through my experience as both a sales manager and senior sales I have a strong knowledge in both cash handling and how to bank a day’s takings.

  • River Island, Acting Sales Manager, Stevenage

    August 2007 to June 2008

Within six months I had been able to prove my potential in management, starting at a Senior Sales position I then took on an acting Sales Manager Role. Working within River Island I learnt a great deal and expanded my knowledge of the trade. As part of the management team it was my role to provide a strong backbone for the manager, this included cashing up, banking and paperwork. My new responsibilities required me to be more involved in the delivery process and the merchandising off the Ladies wear floor. My Job was also to update the merchandising as new guidelines and hot spots come through, including the main shop window.
