I have completed my degree of MSc in Information System & Management from Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK. the skills and exxpetise I have gain during my studies are Management of Info Systems, Systems Analysis,Technological Innovation, Programing Languages, Database Programing and Management (SAP, Oracle), Networking and E-Commerce and Web Designing. Currently, I’m working as Assistant Manager IT in Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) Islamabad, Pakistan. PTCL is the largest telecom company of Pakistan having joint venture with Etisalat, the biggest telecom company of UAE operating in more than 26 countries around the world. My main responsibilities are; Giving End user IS support on Billing and Customer Care System, IT/IS support analysis,  Solving complex system issues, Backend database support (SQL Developer), Requirement analysis, End user training, Software testing, Dealing with different stakeholder , and Dealing with outsourced companies (ZTE, China).
