Anton Henriksen

• Currently I am doing an MBA specializing in finance at Hult International Business School.

My preference is to be involved and take a hands-on approach, and I believe very strongly in the Ritz idea of “ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen”. I focus on high quality service standards, and I always hold my team to those same standards. I have experience in running and training large teams in five star services, and have worked for top hotels in Europe and the US. I have a passion for hospitality, and a strong desire to join a company where I can utilize the knowledge and skills I have developed over my career. I am accustomed with working very long hours, and am strongly motivated by providing excellent service to guests. My desire to succeed is very strong, and I thrive under working towards increasingly high targets.

My experience has taught me that tasks must be completed to the highest professional and ethical standards, while at the same time delivering service of the highest level, and looking out for the owner’s interests. I have always performed great under stress and been able to deliver excellent results under tight deadlines. During my career presentation skills have become one of my strong sides. My current goal is to take on a managerial position with a London hotel or dining venue, which can put me on the way to obtaining a General Manager position in the future.
