My passion, enthusiasm and energy fuel my continuous ambition to achieve. I show determination, commitment and I am hard working, self motivated and never frightened to challenge the status quo. Work Experience: JWT Inside (integrated recruitment marketing & employee communications agency) August 2007 – December 2008 Account Co-ordinator - Worked as part of a small team co-ordinating recruitment advertising campaigns and offering employment solutions for various clients including: Barclays, Deloitte, Diageo & the Highways Agency. - Key projects include a Global ERP, a Diversity campaign, an online candidate survey, a £200,000 graduate campaign and successful delivery of the Highways Agency’s first online only attraction plan. - Gained a thorough understanding of media solutions and built strong relationships with media contacts whilst producing media schedules for a variety of integrated campaigns. - Independently took briefs from clients, produced written creative briefs and confidently delivered these to creative teams. - Played an integral role in a variety of client facing meetings, presentations and reviews. - Maintained and improved both client and media relationships by grasping each clients needs and delivering accordingly. Increased revenue generated by both Barclaycard and the Highways Agency and achieved record breaking income through media spot buys. - Played a key role in the preparation for new business pitches overseeing competitor reviews, media usage and preparing tender documents and proposals highlighting the capabilities of JWT. - Obtained an understanding of employment attraction, retention and internal communication strategies and maintained my existing knowledge of recruitment trends. I gained a wide knowledge of all marketing disciplines and built relationships with a wide variety of clients and candidates. - Provided full administrative support for 2/3 recruitment consultants in various marketing sectors - Liaised with clients and candidates to arrange interviews, brief candidates, collect interview feedback and provide basic recruitment advice. - Took part in weekly meetings to discuss budgets and business development opportunities.
