If recruiting for this role was easy you would have completed the hire by now. Its unfortunate that your recruitment agencies let you down….. but you know, they are mostly using the same Job Board that you use and feel that they are in a race against time to place a CV (or multiples) on your desk before the next recruitment agency does. Anyway, they are only introducing people who are on the market and have their CV on multiple job boards and a number of agencies databases and they are not always the top talent your company is looking to hire anyway...
